To track your order,
Go to My Qoo10 > click [Shipping Info]
Click Shipping info under the status. If your package or tracking information is invalid, please kindly register inquiry via 1:1 help desk.
*For International orders: when your shipment is on oversea delivery or under custom clearance, tracking information might appearafter procedure is completed and transfer to local post office.
For international shipping, it takes 2-3weeks from the shipping date.
The delivery process of overseas product is carried by International shipping > Customs Clearance > Local Delivery.
But delivery may take longer due to weather conditions, customs clearance procedures or holidays.
If you have not received your order for over 3 weeks, please contact us with your order number and we will look into this for you.
If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered,
but you have not received it or still waiting for the missing item:
Verify the shipping address at My Qoo10>>Recent Orders>>Shipping Info
Look for a notice(text message or call) from courier company of attempted delivery.
Look around the delivery location for your package and see if someone else received the delivery.
If you did not find your package you can contact the courier company.
Contact the seller if the courier company asks for a refund or resend.
*You can put off confirm delivery by registering Non-Receipt claim.
You can exchange the items you have ordered at Qoo10.com.
If you want to exchange the items please kindly follow the below steps, then claim inquiries will be delivered to the seller.

▶Mobile app/Web : Q box ▶ Cancel/Return/Refund ▶ Check cart no. and items ▶ Return/Exchange
Please note that you can submit exchange claim within 7 days from delivered date.
